NOTICE OF SEWER RATE INCREASE

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2021

This notice is to inform you of the new rate for sewer services provided by Inframark Services. The new flat-rate sewer feee is $59.86. Inframark and Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 2, 3, and 4 set the rates. Inframark oversees all operations.

High Point SUD handles only the billing for the sewer and has NO affiliation with making decisions on the rates.

BULK TRASH

Bulk trash collection days are the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.

It includes up to two cubic yards of bulk waste. Two cubic yards measures 6 ft length x 3 ft width x 3 ft height or the equivalent of two standard shopping carts lined up length-wise.

Acceptable Items are refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners (note: all must have certification of Freon reclamation), stoves, water tanks, washing machines, dryers, freezers, appliances, hot water heaters, couches, furniture, bicycles, large volumes of yard debris and similar items that might be found in or around the home.

Bags that will not fit in the cart, must weigh less than 35 pounds to be picked up.

Prohibited Items: commercial construction, remodeling debris, tires, and household hazardous waste such as paints, batteries, aerosols, propane tanks, motor oil, and pesticides.
